About Me

Many call me a Chef, but I've heard worst...
I'm an old school trainee of one of the most prestigious Hotel School in Italy and Europe.
I believe that the first ingredient is passion...followed by technique, and a good dose of craziness!
I've started this journey when I was 12 and worked ever since in the industry while attending the Ferdinando Martini in Montecatini Terme, Tuscany.
The Medici family had it as their hunting reserve, but already the Romans used to heal themselves with the miraculous natural springs, that made this little town a famous thermal resort.
I worked Trattoria and finest establishment all over Italy and Europe and learn a thing or two while pairing them with rivers of wine.

I have a simple philosophy.... you're what you eat!
that's why at Beccofino we strive to buy the best ingredients and respect its organoleptic... while respecting your belly.
You'll never find OGM or hormones at our place....as I choose Tuscan cuisine as I believe is the healthiest and heartiest....
