Whether you’re a pro-chef or a foodie…you’ll enjoy our hands-on cheese classes, from beginners cheese/ricotta to our Mozzarella making (10 hrs) stretching and shaping.
Classes include all literature, 3-4 hours duration allows participant to join in with the Master, glass of wine.... lastly you’ll get a taste of our production and proudly bring home a piece of the action!
